Ice age mammoth tooth slices. 2 x 2 3/4 x 1/4 inches. Slight uneven thick between the two pieces. Backed with nice Alaska birch wood to give strength. Easy to sand wood to needed thickness. From interior Alaska stylized but natural colors. A backing helps a lot to help hold fragile material together. Once on a knife and pinned back by the knife its holds up well (as any fragile material does like shell)
