Amber necklace large. Custom cast bronze cap of a mammoth. High quality Baltic amber I. hand selected at the Tucson gem show. Inclusions maybe bug parts. Cap was once an old barge propeller that went up and down the Yukon River. Alaska used to be owned by Russian so a Russian amber connection on the trade route. I think amber and ‘ancient’ comes to mind. I hunt for mammoth fossils so thought of this as a theme. I wished to connect millions of years ago dinosaur age with 10,000 year ago ice age and move it all forward to present time. Thus a story that is timeless. Or connecting us from the now to the long ago in our thoughts.
