Fossil ocean coral set 3 ½ x 1 ½ x ¼ inches. Stabilized coral that would be porous calcium, treated to be hard for knife handle material or jewelry. Very unique interesting pattern. Can be worked like a hard wood or soft stone without diamond tools. Somewhat hard but I’d back it when working it even if temporarily. A little heavy like stone so keep that in mind. The advantage of fooling with something new like this is a top finished unique product. Could be cut for cabs in rings pendants etc. For knives could be also end caps guards inlays not just full handle.
