Alaska river birch wood stabilized and dyed. 6 x 3.5 x 2 inches weighing 14.5 ounces. This is a colorful exotic wood that is not usually hard enough to take a polish so needs resin impregnating to give it hardness. Suitable for knife scales, pen turning or carving projects. Very nice patter throughout.
