White fossil mammoth ivory block 8.9 ounces. 6 x 1 1/2 x 1 inches. Not squared up so I think best for lathe turning. I'm thinking of my turkey call-making customers. Or musical instruments (bag pipe parts) but any related project. Or hidden tang knife handle? I had a huge block to offer. I put one up. To many people want to know what it looks like inside.No way to be sure unle3wsw you cut it so here you go. Worth more chopped up anyhow. Do not know where my customers are who ask for 'huge, and the hard to get. So this is pretty dang solid.A couple of tiny hairline cracks I stabilized and should not grow. Perfect without a flaw is rare in 50,000-year-old material. I offer plenty of pictures to check it out. If you get it and it's not going to work it can be returned for a refund.
